Happiness..

wad is considered happiness?

To a child, being treated to an ice cream may be happiness.

To a student, getting 9 A1s may be happiness.

To a teenager, having many friends and being popular may be happiness.

To an adult, earning tons of money may be happiness.

Walking down paths everyday, we pass by groups of giggling girls, ppl laughing, but somehow, it seems so random to us, we never stop to
consider what they are laughing about and whether it's realli funny, or they're juz laughing for the sake of laughing.

These laughters may not be laughters of joy, but rather, it enhances the plastic-ness of this world.

Many a time, we, ourselves joke about others.

We laugh at these jokes, so are we really happy, or are we picking on the pains of others to satisfy our hunger for laughter?

To me, happiness is helping others.

I take joy in helping those in need of help because it gives them hope, happiness, and someone to turn to.

It doesn't matter if it's just a smile, or a prayer, or a word. It doesn't matter if you get anything in return, because you won't need it.

The happiness that you feel would be the greatest gift. Indeed, when we help others, we help ourselves in return.

I dun believe in kindness begets kindness, because kindness RETURNS kindness instantaneously.

That's something worth being happy about.
